Indiana Jones DVD Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to United Kingdom residents who have access to the internet. Entrants to the prize draw under the age of 14 will need parental or guardian consent to enter. Employees of Blue Barracuda, their families, agents and anyone else connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. To take part in the prize draw simply complete the entry form on the myfilms.com website and click on the "submit" button. No other form of entry will be accepted.
4. Entries are limited to one per email address and prizes are limited to one per person.
5. The closing date for the receipt of entries is midnight on 30 November 2008. No entries received after this time will be valid.
6. Three winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries. The winners will be drawn from 30 November 2008. The prize available is as follows:

   The winners will receive a DVD of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

7. The prize is as stated, there is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
8. The winners will be notified by email within 28 days after the draw date. The winners must reply by email to the prize notification within 10 days after it is sent. If the winners do not reply within this period his or her prize may be withdrawn and another winner or runner up selected at random.
9. The winners will be required to provide full postal address details so that the prize can be delivered.
10. No responsibility is accepted for entries and/or replies to prize notifications which are lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
11. All entries become the property of Blue Barracuda and will not be acknowledged or returned.
12. If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable Blue Barracuda reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value.
13. All entry instructions for the prize draw form part of these Terms and Conditions.
14. For a list of the winner and runners up (names and counties only) please email myfeedback@myfilms.co.uk 28 days after the draw date.
15. Blue Barracuda's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning any aspect of the promotion (including the result).
16. The winners may be required to participate in future publicity and their names and counties may be published on the myfilms.com website.
